It feels like this fall has gotten away from me…it’s been a whirlwind! Trips and races and last weekend an 85.5 km training ride for my Ride to Conquer Cancer next June.  So I’m taking a moment to breathe and reflect back to summer and a great trip to the Royal Botanical Gardens
